It is certainly true that delivering a full multi-channel customer experience is the goal. However for todays complex organisations, getting there can be the tough bit. Harnessing the data being one of the major challenges.

Email Marketing has taught us much about reponsive, dynamic marketing and the practices that take place here are of benefit to other customer communication activities.

Each interaction is an opportunity to learn about the customer and to make better what was said before. Doing this conveniently across multiple channels is perhaps one of the biggest innovative challenges facing todays organisations.
